A delicious recipe for an apple and carrot cake with almonds and spelt flour.

Mix the grated carrot with apple pulp, syrup, egg and water.

Then add everything to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Step 3/4
Pour the mixture into a small loaf pan (15cm) and bake at 170 degrees convection for about 35-40 minutes.
Step 4/4
Then cool completely and leave to infuse overnight in the refrigerator, only then remove from the mold.
