Blueberry Chia Porridge with Cinnamon

This porridge combines the tartness of blueberries with the sweetness of chocolate and cinnamon - perfect for cold days.

Cashewmus2 tbsp.
puffed spelt150 g
Blueberries, frozen15 g
Schokolade2 Tsp.
Coconut blossom sugar100 ml
Oat drink1 Tsp.
Ceylon cinnamon15 g
Chiasamen2 Units
Apple, finely chopped1 tbsp.
Cashewmus60 g
Oatmeal250 ml
Water1 handful
Blueberries, frozenStep 1/4
Mix oatmeal with chia seeds and simmer together with frozen blueberries in a pot with water and oat drink for about 3 minutes.

Cut an apple into small pieces and add to the porridge. Add cinnamon and coconut blossom sugar and mix everything.

Decorate with the toppings and enjoy.

Tip: Put the chocolate on the porridge first, so it can still melt while the porridge is warm.
