Cranberry macadamia smoothie bowl

This smoothie bowl combines the freshness of sweet and sour fruit with the nutty, buttery flavor of macadamia seeds and is supported by aromatic spices.

Quarter the cranberries and soak them in the plant-based drink for about 30 minutes.

Put the macadamia seeds in a blender and grind them for one to two minutes.

Add the bananas, raspberries, dates, cranberries and the plant-based drink and blend everything for about a minute.

Add the spices and mix again until everything is homogeneously blended.
