Dragon fruit chia jars

Think pink - the dessert for the next movie night. Thanks to the dragon fruit, the dessert gets the eye-catching coloring. Tastes just as delicious as it looks!

Ingredients for

Puffed quinoa
100 ml
Yogurt (or vegetable alternative)
80 ml
Milk (or vegetable drink)
1 Slice
Dragon fruit
2 tbsp.
Chiasamen
0 as necessary
Blueberries

Step 1/5

Melt the chocolate drops in a water bath. Spread the liquid chocolate around the rim of the glass with a spoon. Leave to cool in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the dried dragon fruit in a high-powered blender with the milk (or vegetable drink) and blend until completely smooth.

Then pour the dragon fruit milk into a bowl. Add the chia seeds and agave syrup and mix well. Leave to swell for about 10 minutes.

Press the dragon fruit slice against the inside of the glass and pour the chia pudding into the glass.

Step 5/5

Finally, top the glass with yogurt (or a vegetable alternative) and decorate with blueberries, pink chocolate and quinoa.
