Falafel wrap

Delicious chickpea balls served in a wrap with vegetables and yogurt.
Step 1/4
Drain the chickpeas and blend in a blender with the garlic clove, lemon juice, oat drink, parsley and spices.
Step 2/4
Form the mixture into 6 walnut-sized balls and fry in a pan with the oil until crisp.
Step 3/4
Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and briefly heat the wraps.
Step 4/4
Lastly, can be served and finished with a little yogurt.
