Lupine hummus

If you want a change from the classic chickpea hummus, this is it.
1 Tsp.
Cumin1 Tsp.
Coarse salt1 UNIT
Garlic cloves1 Pinch
Turmeric (ground)1 Tsp.
Coriander (ground)3 tbsp.
Olive oil2 tbsp.
Tahini1 Pinch
Cardamom (ground)190 g
LupinenStep 1/2
Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy.
Step 2/2
Toppings: some olive oil and/or tahini, sesame seeds and black cumin. (You can replace the lupins 1:1 with chickpeas).
