Macadamia and vanilla semolina porridge

Does semolina porridge make you think of your childhood? Perhaps your favorite meal at grandma's was this creamy porridge that tastes great with any topping. Whether it was the love with which the dish was prepared or the very special ingredients that only the grandmas of this world know, semolina porridge simply always tasted good! To give you a moment of pleasure and remembrance, we have put together a quick and easy recipe for creamy vanilla semolina porridge with macadamia. Enjoy the dish!

Ingredients for
0.5 Tsp.
Vanilla
0 to taste
agave syrup
80 g
Frozen raspberries
0.5 Tsp.
Locust bean gum
0 some
Water

Step 1/7

First bring the oat drink to the boil in a pan.

Step 2/7

Then mix the spelt semolina with the pudding powder and vanilla. Gradually stir the mixture into the oat drink.

Step 3/7

Then turn down the heat and simmer the porridge for a further 5 minutes, stirring constantly. You may need to add a little more oat drink.

Step 4/7

Sweeten the whole thing with agave syrup.

Step 5/7

Next, heat the frozen raspberries with a little water in a pan.

Step 6/7

Now you can add the locust bean gum and allow to thicken to the desired consistency.

Step 7/7

Finally, pour the semolina porridge into a bowl and garnish with the berry sauce and macadamia seeds. Enjoy your meal!
