Peanutbutter Protein Energy Balls

A sweet and creamy snack for in between meals! They are pleasantly sweet thanks to the dates and nice and creamy thanks to the peanut butter used.

Ingredients for

Step 1/4

It is best to chop the dates in a blender.

Step 2/4

Then you can add the peanut butter, lupin flour and rice protein and mix everything together well. The consistency should be slightly crumbly.

Step 3/4

Shape the dough into small balls.

Step 4/4

The Energy Balls can be eaten immediately or stored in the fridge.
