Tofu-Bowl

This salad will get you out of your lunch slump with its bright colors and delicious ingredients.

Spring onion2 tbsp.
Soy sauce100 g
Quinoa150 g
Gurke0.5 Tsp.
Öl120 g

Dice the tofu and marinate for 2 hours in 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon agave syrup, 2 cloves garlic.

Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu over high heat. Meanwhile, cook the quinoa according to package directions. Chop the vegetables and arrange them nicely in a bowl. Top with the quinoa and tofu.

For the sauce, stir together oil, agave syrup, soy sauce and sesame seeds and pour over bowl.
