Un petit déjeuner fruité et crémeux.

Ingrédients pour
150 g
Mangue surgelée
1 morceaux
Banane
1 pincée
Vanille
1 selon vos goûts
Quinoa soufflé
1 selon vos goûts
Fruits

Étape 1/2

Mixez la mangue, la banane, les flocons d'avoine, les graines de chia, la vanille et la boisson végétale dans un mixeur jusqu'à obtenir un résultat lisse.

Étape 2/2

Versez le tout dans un bol et décorez avec du quinoa soufflé et des fruits.
