Water40 ml
Strong espresso1 tbsp.

Small banana30 g
Peanuts30 g

Toppings according to your moodStep 1/2
Place all ingredients in a stand mixer and blend until uniform.

Transfer to a bowl and garnish with your favorite toppings. Some chocolate, chopped peanuts and a little oat milk foam do well.
