This recipe for vegan banana pecan bars is simple and delicious. These bars are a crunchy snack for in between meals and are also suitable as a quick breakfast.

Salt50 g
Oatmeal1 Tsp.
Macapulver1 Tsp.
Cinnamon1 Tsp.
Cardamom1 Tsp.
Muscatnus8 UNIT
Dates1 UNIT
Lemon, squeezed2 UNIT
BananeStep 1/3
Using a blender, blend the bananas with dates, salt, lemon juice, the spices and maca.
Step 2/3
Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix in the rolled oats and pecans.
Step 3/3
Spread the mixture on baking paper and bake in the oven at low heat. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
