Porridge something different - gluten-free oat breakfast as bread with apples, dates and walnuts.

Ingredients for
250 ml
Oat drink
300 g
Oatmeal
450 g
Apple
1 Tsp.
Cardamom, ground
1 Tsp.
Cinnamon
1 Pinch
Salt
11 UNIT
Dates
1 handful
Walnuts
1 UNIT
Ginger

Step 1/8

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Step 2/8

Grind rolled oats and chia seeds in a high-powered blender to a fine flour.

Step 3/8

Mix oatmeal flour and chia seed flour with the spices.

Step 4/8

Peel and core apples and chop into coarse pieces. Remove seeds from dates and also chop into fine pieces.

Step 5/8

Coarsely chop walnuts.

Step 6/8

In a bowl, mix the flour-spice mixture with the oil, vegetable drink and chopped apples, dates and walnuts to form a homogeneous paste.

Step 7/8

Optionally, add 1 tsp. baking soda and 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar at the end and mix well, then the bread will be a bit fluffier.

Step 8/8

Pour the dough into an ovenproof bread or cake pan and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
