Raspberry banana bread

At the latest when the scent of sweet bread spreads through the room, it becomes clear: raspberries and banana are a perfect match.
300 g
Banane0.5 Tsp.
Vanilla sugar50 g
Xylitol320 g
Flour (buckwheat)1 tbsp.
Chocolate drops160 ml
Plant drink (oats)1 tbsp.
Nut mixture1 sachet
Baking powder2 cups
Frozen raspberriesStep 1/5
Mash the bananas to a pulp.
Step 2/5
Mix all ingredients (except berries) until smooth.
Step 3/5
Carefully fold in the raspberries.
Step 4/5
Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and top with a nut mixture or chocolate drops, for example.
Step 5/5
Bake at 140 °C for 40 minutes, then cover and bake for another 20 minutes.
