Soy gyros with beans

You can prepare soy meatballs in such a way that they are very close to gyros. A recipe for vegans and everyone else.
1 Pinch
Salt3 tbsp.
Black beans1 tbsp.
Soy sauce1 Tsp.
Cumin1 UNIT
Onion1 Tsp.
smoked paprika powder1 Pinch
Pepper1 tbsp.
Olive oilStep 1/4
Pour hot water over the soy cutlets and allow to swell for about 10 minutes. Then pour off the water and squeeze the soy cutlets well.

Cut the onion into fine rings.
Step 3/4
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Sauté the soy cutlets and onion in it.
Step 4/4
Add soy sauce, spices and black beans and fry for another 5 minutes until crispy.
