Prepare a delicious and creamy pistachio ice cream without an ice cream maker.
200 g
gehackte Pistazien1 Pinch
Salt100 g
white chocolate400 g
Whipped cream2 can
sweetened condensed milk2 Tsp.
Vanilla paste6 tbsp.

Whip the cream with a pinch of salt until stiff and carefully mix with the sweetened condensed milk.
Step 2/4
Add vanilla paste and chopped pistachios.
Step 3/4
Melt a bar of white chocolate in a water bath and stir into the cream mixture as well.
Step 4/4
Put everything in the freezer and freeze for a few hours. Stir from time to time.
