Pain aux fruits secs

Agrémentez votre pain de fruits secs et d'épices pour déguster une version gourmande, parfaite au petit-déjeuner ou au goûter.

150 g
Figues
125 g
Farine de sarrasin
1 cc
Poudre à lever
150 g
Dattes
1
Banane

Schritt 1/4

Coupez tous les fruits secs en quatre, sauf les raisins secs, et mélangez avec les noix entières dans un bol.

Schritt 2/4

Mixez la farine de sarrasin, la levure chimique, la banane, la purée de pomme, les raisins secs, la cannelle et la boisson végétale et ajoutez de l'eau si nécessaire.

Schritt 3/4

Versez toute la pâte dans un moule à manqué recouvert de papier sulfurisé.

Schritt 4/4

Faites cuire le pain aux fruits secs pendant environ 90 minutes.
