Voici une délicieuse alternative sans gluten pour avoir de bons pancakes à la vanille au petit-déjeuner.

Zutaten für
1 CS
Fécule de maïs
1 cc
Levure chimique
1 cc
Vanille en poudre
2 tasse
Boisson d'avoine ou de soja

Schritt 1/3

Pour commencer, mixez tous les ingrédients des crêpes dans un blender et laissez reposer la pâte environ 10 minutes afin que les flocons d'avoine puissent gonfler.

Ensuite, réalisez les pancakes dans une poêle bien chaude et huilée avec un peu d'huile de coco.

Schritt 3/3

Enfin, ajoutez le topping de votre choix et servez.
