A pleasant sweetness of dates, fresh fruits and exciting topping, these summery pancakes will bring a breath of fresh air to your breakfast.

0 as necessary | Chocolate drops |
1 Tsp. | Apple cider vinegar |
15 | Coconut flour |
0 as necessary | Maple syrup |
100 ml | Oat drink |
0 as necessary | Mandelmus |
1 Pinch | Cinnamon |
0 as necessary | Coconut chips |

Blend spelt flour, oat drink, date, coconut flour, salt and cinnamon in a blender.

Let dough rest in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Add apple cider vinegar and baking powder.
