Buckwheat wholemeal flour20 g
Flaxseed1 Tsp.
Baking powder100 g
Oatmeal0.5 Units
Cube yeast40 g

Knead all ingredients together until a homogeneous dough.

Shape the dough into 12 rolls and divide them between two baking sheets.

Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes and preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection oven).

Place the rolls in the oven for about 25-30 minutes and bake until golden brown.
