There is hardly a better smell than fresh bread straight from the oven. We have something very special for you: not a normal bread, but a warm, sweet fruit bread. The recipe is perfect for winter. It combines intense tasting dried fruits and nuts, as well as aromatic cinnamon. You can spread the bread with delicious nut mush or enjoy it as a cake. Ingredients for
200 g
Rosinen
150 g
Figs
125 g
Buckwheat flour
1 Tsp.
Baking powder
150 g
Dates
1 Tsp.
Cinnamon
125 g
Plums
1
Banane

Step 1/4

Quarter all the dried fruit, except the raisins, and mix with the whole nuts in a bowl.

Step 2/4

Mix buckwheat flour, baking powder, banana, apple pulp, raisins, cinnamon and vegetable drink in a blender, adding more water as needed.

Step 3/4

Pour all the dough into a loaf pan lined with baking paper.

Step 4/4

Bake the fruit bread for about 90 minutes on the middle rack.
