Kidney Beans Peanut Pot

Salt1 tbsp.
Tomato paste1 UNIT
Carrot20 g
Peanut butter1 UNIT
Onion15 g
Peanuts1 bunch
fresh parsley125 g
Rice265 g
Kidney beansStep 1/5
Prepare the rice according to package directions.
Step 2/5
In a frying pan fry the onions. After 3 min add the finely chopped carrot and tomato paste and fry as well.
Step 3/5
Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and drain the kidney beans.
Step 4/5
Add kidney beans, tomatoes and peanut puree and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5/5
Serve and top with the parsley and peanuts.
