Oven carrots on hummus

Oven vegetables draped with delicious hummus and black tahini dressing not only looks beautiful, but also tastes amazing.
1 Tsp.
Cumin2 tbsp.
light tahine1 Pinch
Salt1 tbsp.
Water1 bunch
Carrots2 tbsp.
Yeast flakes1 point of a knife
Muskat1 UNIT
Spring onion2 tbsp.
Black tahini1 tbsp.
Olive oil2 tbsp.
Apple cider vinegar1 tbsp.
Balsamic Essig1 tbsp.
medium hot mustard0.5 bunch
Petersilie400 g
Chickpeas1 Pinch
PepperStep 1/4
Mix all ingredients for the hummus in a blender until creamy.
Step 2/4
Rub the carrots with oil, salt and pepper and bake in the oven at 180ºC until cooked through.
Step 3/4
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together in a bowl.
Step 4/4
Drape everything nicely and enjoy.
