Pasta with fried tomatoes

When you're in a hurry, this tomato avocado pasta is the perfect recipe.

Ingredients for

Herbal salt
300 g
Pasta
1.5 tbsp.
Italian herbs
200 g
Avocado
200 g
Sheep cheese
400 g
Cherry or cherry tomatoes

Step 1/8

Put on the pasta and cook according to package instructions.

Step 2/8

Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.

Step 3/8

Add the tomatoes to the pan with the canola oil and fry over medium heat.

Step 4/8

Cut the feta into bite-sized pieces and remove the skin from the avocado.

Step 5/8

Mash the avocado with a fork.

Step 6/8

Mix the tomatoes with Italian herbs and some herb salt.

Step 7/8

Drain the finished pasta and tip it to the tomatoes.

Step 8/8

Mix everything and add the feta and avocado and mix it again.
