Protein granola bar with pumpkin seeds

This bar is especially good for those who do not like to bake, because here is: refrigerator instead of oven.

First, pit the dates and soak them in hot water.
Step 2/5
Meanwhile, blend granola, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin seed protein and soy crispies in a stand mixer.
Step 3/5
Remove the dates from the water and put them in the blender. Blend all ingredients until a sticky mass is formed.
Step 4/5
Flatten the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in the refrigerator for one hour.
Step 5/5
Remove the tray when the time is up and cut the bars.
