Raspberry curd with crunchy crumbles - easy to prepare!

Ingredients for
1 Tsp.
Vanilla flavoring
500 g
Low-fat curd cheese
200 g
Frozen raspberries
25 g
Butter

Step 1/4

Puree thawed raspberries with cottage cheese and sweeten with 40 g of the erythritol.

Step 2/4

For the crumble, knead the remaining ingredients together.

Step 3/4

Spread the crumble on a baking tray with baking paper and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Step 4/4

Let cool and layer the curd with the crumbles alternately in glasses.
