Our seed bread recipe

For our seed bread, we have put together a special grain mixture for you: It contains sunflower seeds,  brown linseeds, pumpkin seeds,  yellow linseeds and millet. Then add some oatmeal, sunflower oil,  apple cider vinegar and starch, psyllium plantain fibre and salt - that's it, no added sugar* or other additives. Full seed power!

The special thing about our organic seed bread, apart from its hearty, nutty aroma, is its long minimum shelf life of 6 months when stored in a dark, cool place in the original sealed packaging, because we have packed our seed bread in a protective atmosphere. This means you can store it at home as an "emergency bread" or take it with you on long journeys. The bread is also already cut, perfect for on the go! But even if you forgot to go shopping before the holidays and are expecting brunch, you can still serve it up properly.
