If you like your breakfast to be fruity and berry and at the same time nutty and sweet, you'll love this recipe. Chia pudding doesn't have to be boring - on the contrary, the possibilities are super varied. The little superfood seeds can be really spiced up with a few blackberries. In combination with a creamy, nutty macadamia date puree, the pudding tastes simply heavenly! Whether for breakfast or as a dessert, these little jars are sure to always go down well!

Ingredients for
3 tbsp.
Chiasamen
150 ml
Water
250 g
fresh blackberries
1
frozen banana
0 to taste
Bourbon-Vanille

Step 1/4

First, prepare the chia pudding. To do this, puree the blackberries and then mix them with the chia seeds, water and maple syrup in a bowl.

Step 2/4

Then leave the seeds to soak for 15 minutes. You should stir occasionally to avoid lumps forming. Ideally, you should prepare the chia pudding in the evening. It can then soak overnight in the fridge.

Step 3/4

To make the macadamia date cream, you need the frozen banana, the macadamia seeds, the pitted date, the oat drink and the bourbon vanilla. Mix the ingredients in a blender until you have a homogeneous, creamy mixture.

Step 4/4

Finally, arrange the blackberry chia pudding and the macadamia date cream in two layers in the glasses. Fresh berries look particularly pretty as a topping!
