Buckwheat Spelt Buns

Want crispy, lightning-fast and simple rolls? Then this recipe is just right.

Ingredients for
500 ml
Water
400 g
Spelt flour
2 Tsp.
Salt
300 g
Buckwheat wholemeal flour
1 Tsp.
Baking powder
100 g
Oatmeal
0.5 Units
Cube yeast

Step 1/4

Knead all ingredients together until a homogeneous dough.

Step 2/4

Shape the dough into 12 rolls and divide them between two baking sheets.

Step 3/4

Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes and preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection oven).

Step 4/4

Place the rolls in the oven for about 25-30 minutes and bake until golden brown.
