Maca-Quinoa Bircher Muesli

Isn't it easier to get up when your breakfast is already ready and waiting for you? You can prepare this recipe wonderfully the night before.

Apple2 tbsp.
Maca powder1 handful
Spelt flakes1 cup
Soya yoghurt1 tbsp.
Psyllium husks1 handful
dried fruit1
Carrot1 tbsp.
Kakaonibs4 tbsp.
Quinoa Flocken1 handful
Soy Protein Crispies1 tbsp.
Ceylon cinnamonStep 1/4
In a larger bowl, mix the soy yogurt with all the chopped ingredients and spices and stir well.
Step 2/4
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least two hours - preferably overnight.
Step 3/4
Pour the Bircher muesli into a glass or bowl.
Step 4/4
Select toppings and garnish.
