Quick protein rolls

In the mood for a quick breakfast? Then try these easy-to-prepare protein rolls.

Ingredients for
70 g
Spelt flour
7 g
Baking powder
70 g
Yogurt
12 g
Potato fiber

Step 1/4

Mix all ingredients together.

Step 2/4

Knead first with a spoon and then with your hands.

Step 3/4

Form two small rolls, place on a baking tray with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top/bottom heat for 15 minutes.

Step 4/4

Turn once in between, so they get crispy on both sides.
