Succulent chocolate cake

This moist chocolate cake is particularly delicious! The cake is super moist, slightly nutty and perfect for sharing with family and friends. The recipe is sure to succeed and is super quick to prepare!

Ingredients for
150 g
Spelt flour
2 Tsp.
Baking powder
5 tbsp.
Water
4
Eggs or 4 tbsp soy flour or 3 mashed, ripe bananas
250 g
dark chocolate icing
50 g
white chocolate icing (optional)

Step 1/12

First preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Step 2/12

Mix the flour, hazelnuts and baking powder together.

Step 3/12

Melt the coconut oil in a bain-marie and beat together with the water and sugar until slightly frothy.

Step 4/12

Mix the eggs, soy flour or mashed banana with the sugar mixture.

Step 5/12

Gradually fold in the flour mixture.

Step 6/12

If using soy flour or banana, add a little milk if necessary to make the batter nice and thick.

Step 7/12

Finally, stir the chocolate drops into the batter.

Step 8/12

Grease a loaf tin with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and spread the dough evenly in it.

Step 9/12

Bake the cake for 50-60 minutes, leave to cool and remove from the tin.

Step 10/12

Melt the chocolate icing in a bain-marie and spread over the cake.

Step 11/12

If you want to be really creative, you can draw a pattern with white chocolate icing.
