Very-Berry Lentil Porridge

A delicious and quick porridge recipe with lentils, berries and banana.
3 tbsp.
Beerenquark/Joghurt1 Tsp.
Cinnamon1 Tsp.
Lemon juice1 UNIT
Banane30 g
rote Linsen1 handful
Berries & Puffed Quinoa30 g
Berries20 g
Oatmeal50 g
Milk1 Pinch
Salt1 tbsp.
Apple cider vinegar90 ml

Bring lentils to a boil in water, vinegar and salt until soft but still firm to the bite.
Step 2/5
Puree berries, banana, cinnamon, milk and lemon with a little water and nut puree.
Step 3/5
Mix the berry milk with the oatmeal.
Step 4/5
Add mixture to lentils and allow to swell. If necessary, add a little water.
Step 5/5
Top with yogurt, more berries, banana and puffed quinoa and enjoy!
