Old-fashioned, my ass: stews are back in style! Our winter vegetable allsorts are a recipe that will keep you warm in the coming months.
1 tbsp.
Yeast flakes1 Tsp.
Paprika seasoning1 cans
Chickpeas1 Pinch
Pepper1 cans
strained tomatoes1
Carrot50 g
Mountain Lentils1 Units
Ginger1
Zucchini1 Tsp.
Thymian1 tbsp.
Pumpkin seeds1
Garlic clove1
red onion1 Pinch
Crystal salt70 g

Cook lentils according to package directions.
Step 2/4
Heat zucchini, onion and carrot together with strained tomatoes in a saucepan over medium heat.
Step 3/4
Add the chickpeas, corn and lentils and season with the remaining spices.
Step 4/4
Simmer for just under 15 minutes and top with pumpkin seeds and yeast flakes.
