Our untreated nuts are particularly valuable for a vegan and vegetarian diet, as they can often serve as a source of vegetable protein and/or fibre. Our almonds, for example, are a great source of both protein and fibre. Our hazelnuts and pistachios also have a high fibre content. Nuts generally have a comparatively high energy density, but this only means that they provide you with energy for a longer period of time.

Are nuts vegan?

Of coursethey are! Natural nuts are perfectly suitable for a vegan diet. You will find a huge selection of vegan products in our shop. Only a few of our chocolate covered nuts, such as the caramel and chocolate covered almonds, are not vegan.

Are nuts healthy?

Healthy and unhealthy are primarily determined by a balanced and varied diet and physical exercise. Nuts often have a significant amount of protein and fibre to offer. Our premium cashews are a great source of plant-based protein and fibre.

How can I use natural nuts?

Natural nuts are not only true all-rounders in the snack game, but also have a lot to offer in the kitchen, as they are ideal as a crunchy topping for sweet and savoury dishes. Walnuts, for example, add a fine note to your next salad, cashews lend your curry that extra crunch and macadamia take your fruity breakfast bowl to the next level. You can make your own pesto with our incredible pine nuts – and you can also use all types of nuts to decorate and add flavour to your cakes and other baked goods. Can I eat nuts during my pregnancy?

Yes, you can safely eat up to a handful of natural nuts a day during pregnancy. It is best to alternate between different types. However, you should be a little more careful with spiced nuts during pregnancy, so be sure to talk to your doctor about this.
