Graines de courges

Courgette

Huile d'olive

Vinaigre balsamique

1 poignée

Roquette

Étape 1/3

Broyez finement les graines de courge au mortier ou dans un mixeur.

Étape 2/3

Mixez les courgettes en purée avec le reste des ingrédients et un filet d'eau si nécessaire.

Étape 3/3

Ajoutez de l'huile d'olive selon les goûts. Salez et poivrez.
