Pick your perfect Date!

The Medjool family: Small but subtle differences

Medjool Premium Large - The queen

It became the queen of the well-known Medjool variety because it has the least amount of so-called loose skin. What does that mean for you? Particularly tender, full-bodied flesh and a sweet taste with a hint of caramel.

Medjool dates Premium Super Jumbo - The great one

The super jumbo Medjool date in premium quality is even bigger than the standard Medjool date, but just as aromatic, so snacking on its sweet and soft flesh is just as much fun.

Medjool Large Delight - The caramelized one

15 % loose skin content makes them a soft, juicy and caramelized experience in a class of their own. Let their sweet-tart aroma transport you into the delicious world of dates.

Organic Medjool Date Medium Delight - The tender one

The reason for its popularity is its tenderness and a particularly low loose skin content of 10 %. It is also one of our two organic date varieties and should definitely be tried by you.

Medjool dates Jumbo Choice - The O.G.

Big, bigger, Medjool dates Jumbo Choice! Pampered by the sun, with a sweet aroma and a loose skin rate of less than 15 %, our Medjool dates are particularly soft. They are therefore ideal as a snack between meals.

The other members of the family

Have you already tried all the Medjool varieties? No worries, we've unlocked more levels for you with our large selection of different date varieties!

Sukari - the sweet one

Translated from Arabic, its name means "sugar" and it lives up to its name because it enchants you in the sweetest way: With its creamy consistency, you'll melt away with every bite.

Deglet Nour dates without a stone - the finger of light

Deglet Nour also means "finger of light". The date was given this name because its amber-colored flesh reveals the date pit in the sunlight. The fruits are shiny golden brown and taste sweet with an aromatic caramel note. We supply the dates already pitted.

Aseel dateswithout stone - The baker's wife

Our Aseel dates are carefully sorted by hand after harvesting. They are then pitted twice in a row by machine so that you don't have to worry about any pieces of pit remaining. However, this means that they are no longer whole fruits. This makes Aseel dates ideal for sweetening, enjoying and, above all, baking and cooking.

Dates in dark chocolate - The connoisseur

Here we have a particularly sweet combination for you: dates in a melt-in-the-mouth chocolate coating! We cover our carefully selected dates in dark chocolate. And we can promise you one thing: When the tangy taste of the chocolate meets the caramel note of the date, you will take your taste buds to a whole new level.

Procurement Manager

Our procurement manager Hannah is most known for her passion for food: from checking out new products in the supermarket or strolling through markets to cooking beetroot gnocchi and baking rosemary focaccia, or simply snacking on tasty treats. After a (food) tour through Southeast Asia and India and amassing an enormous spice collection, it was only natural to make food her profession. After training in wholesale and foreign trade at a large supermarket chain, she went on to study nutritional science.

At KoRo, Hannah is the procurement manager, which means she ensures that only the best quality products at the best prices make it onto our (digital) shelves. From soy protein crispies to cereals, biscuits and drinks, she looks after a wide range of products. Her foodie knowledge of plant-based cuisine, food trends and nutrition is even greater – and she regularly shares this expertise on our blog.

In her free time, Hannah enjoys exploring new places and cafés, travelling and reading a lot. When she cooks, she usually cooks on the spur of the moment and takes inspiration from whatever is available. If she sees an ingredient she doesn't know, she has to cook and try it straight away.

Of course, a good read calls for a suitable snack!
