Coffee with chocolate and now you add cherry? No, it's not quite like that. Because the so-called coffee cherry is simply the fruit of the coffee plant. When ripe, it takes on a red colour and thus resembles the cherry fruit we are familiar with, at least visually. What is decisive, however, is the content of the fruit: The seeds contained in the chambers of the coffee cherry are what we know and love as coffee beans.

The beans for our organic coffee with chocolate come 100% from the Arabica plant. To make our chocolate coffee, the Arabica beans are first dried, fermented, then roasted and then subtly flavoured.
