The key to our organic ground coffee – a composition of our blends

You can't imagine how long we have worked to finally deliver you the optimal ground coffee blend mix. Our priority was to select and balance beans that would give you pure coffee pleasure at a fair price with no compromises on quality, and then optimally process them. The result of our efforts? An organic blend of two different types of coffee beans: 80 % Arabica from South America und 20 % Robusta from India. The beans of the arabica plant are known to be extremely high quality providing a sour, fine sweet note. Their flavour is complimented by the strong and bitter taste of the Robusta beans. The result of this fusion balanced, creamy-soft organic ground coffee with a strong aroma.

The art of coffee brewing 

Besides choosing the right coffee bean there are many other important steps in the art of coffee brewing. The most relevant factor is the degree of roasting. The stronger the degree of roasting the more intense coffee bean will taste. A strong degree of roasting is necessary for a good espresso of a sieve machine, while a lighter roast is used for filter coffee. For our organic ground coffee, we have chosen a gentle, medium roasting in the drum roasting process - this makes the ground coffee super suitable for preparing all kinds od coffee specialities. Another important aspect of coffee preparation is the right grind. The finer the coffee powder, the more intense and bitter the taste. For example our coffee has a medium grind. Perfect for getting all the flavour out of the bean! If you prefer to experiment with the grind yourself, our whole organic coffee beans may be more to your liking. Water temperature and coffee quantity can also influence the taste, but we'll leave it at that for now.
