Pecans are often considered walnuts' unimpressive cousin, but we completely disagree with this superficial view; pecan nuts are soft and delicate in texture, aromatic in taste, and very versatile. But, unlike the caramelised pecan kernels, which were already available in our shop, these nuts are roasted at a high temperature and glazed only with granulated sugar: this creates the perfect soft caramelised nuts encased in a thick and crunchy shell – just like at the Christmas market! For our roasted pecans we only use whole pecan kernels of the best quality.
