Yes sweet and salty popcorn is a nice spooky movie snack but lets spice things up a bit with our roasted chilli corn. We use special roasted corn for our roasted corn kernels. We roast it with vegetable oil and refine it with spicy chilli seasoning made from oregano, dried tomato, onion, paprika, cumin and salt. The tastiness is pre-programmed. Not all corn can be roasted, it depends on special properties: the texture of the husks ensures that the kernels do not pop like popcorn when roasted, but "grow" to about twice their size.
