Acerola Kefir Shake

Acerola is a natural source of vitamin C (min. 17000 mg/100 g) and can be mixed with kefir to make a delicious shake, which is quickly prepared not only for breakfast but also anytime in between.

Ingredients for
0 as necessary
Coconut blossom sugar
200 ml
Kefir
1 Tsp.
Lemon juice
1 as necessary
agave syrup

Step 1/1

Mix all ingredients in a blender and the delicious kefir-acerola shake is ready. Coconut blossom sugar or agave syrup give the shake additional sweetness. Depending on taste, this breakfast drink can be refined with various fruits, such as bananas, apples or raspberries.
