Barbecue veggie burger

Nothing beats a smoky burger! That's why we've created the ultimate vegan BBQ-like chicken burger recipe for you!

Ingredients for
1 tbsp.
Barbecue sauce
1 UNIT
Romanasalat
0.5 Tsp.
Mustard
1 Whole
Tomate
1 Slice
vegan cheese alternative
1 UNIT
Burger bun
2 tbsp.
canola oil

Step 1/5

First, prepare the vegan grinder fillet. Simply mix 175 ml cold water, 2 tbsp rapeseed oil and the contents of the bag. Place in the fridge and leave to soak for half an hour. Then form two fillets, dredge them in flour and fry them in 2 tbsp olive oil for 5-6 minutes until they have a nice golden color.

Brush the fillets with barbecue sauce.

Meanwhile, wash the lettuce and slice the tomato.

Cut the burger bun in half and toast it in the pan. Place the cheese alternative on top so that it can melt.

Step 5/5

Spread mustard on one half of the bun and add some tomato, lettuce, the BBQ grinder fillet and the onion chutney.
