Buckwheat Macadamia Pudding is the perfect mix between a quick smoothie and a classic breakfast. When it comes to an oat substitute, few turn to buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth or rice. Yet these are good gluten-free alternatives. This delicious pudding is prepared in no time.

Ingredients for
30 ml
Macadamiamilch

Step 1/2

Put the buckwheat in a container and let it soak overnight in enough water.

Step 2/2

Thoroughly blend the soaked cereal, macadamia milk and coconut blossom sugar in a blender until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
