Step 1/4

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees with top and bottom heat.

Step 2/4

Then chop the pumpkin, zucchini, garlic and tofu, spread on a baking paper, add lemon, the spices and thyme and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3/4

In the meantime, wash the spinach and spread half of it already in a bowl, stew the other half in the oven with for the last 5 minutes.

Step 4/4

Once everything is ready, top the bowl with pumpkin seeds and yeast flakes and enjoy!
