For a good start to the day, here's the recipe for a chocolate protein porridge.
30 | Hemp protein |
300 | Oatmeal |
1 UNIT | Banane |
5 UNIT | Dates |
100 | Nuts |
500 ml | Oat drink |
250 ml | Water |
1 Tsp. | Cinnamon |
15 | Baking cocoa |

Step 1/2
Pit the dates, chop them and put them in a pot with the other ingredients - except for the banana and the nuts. Simmer for approx. 5 min until a creamy consistency is achieved.

Then provide after with the favorite toppings. To this fit super banana and a few nuts.
