Coconut porridge

Porridge for breakfast always goes especially in the cold months. But with this recipe it's summery, because the coconut plays the main role here!

Fruit of choice60 g
Rolled oats1 Pinch
Salt400 ml
Coconut drink2 tbsp.
Coconut flour0.5 Tsp.
Vanilla1 tbsp.
Coconut blossom sugar200 ml
WaterStep 1/3
Bring oats, coconut flour, coconut blossom sugar, coconut drink, water, vanilla and salt to a boil in a saucepan and simmer briefly.
Step 2/3
Stir in coconut flour and cook for a few more minutes. If necessary, add more water to achieve the desired consistency.
Step 3/3
Pour finished porridge into a bowl and top with fruit of choice and coconut chips.
