Date and chestnut cream

Preparation time:

Dates and chestnuts, is it possible? And how it goes! This sweet cream should not miss your bread.

Ingredients for
27 ml
Water
125 g
Maronen

Step 1/3

Process chestnuts with dates and date syrup in a stand mixer.

Step 2/3

Then add the water and mix the mixture until you get a creamy consistency.

Step 3/3

Transfer the cream into a jar and store in the refrigerator. The cream can be kept for about 2 weeks. Enjoy with freshly baked bread or yeast plait.
