Boil water and pour the dates in a bowl with the water. Then leave to soak for 15 minutes.

If you are working with whole hazelnuts, roast them for 10 minutes at 180 degrees on a baking tray.

Then place in a high-powered blender and blend for a few minutes until liquid.

Add the dates and soaking water to the high-powered blender and blend with the hazelnut paste until homogeneous.

Finally, add the cocoa powder and mix well once again.
