Hazelnut cream ice cream

Fancy ice cream, but don't fancy the standard varieties? Then check out this creamy ice cream composition with hazelnut puree, vegan white chocolate and chopped hazelnuts.
90 g
cashew butter200 ml
Oat drink0 to taste
chopped hazelnuts30 g
Erythritol (powdered)30 g
Hazelnut puree50 g
Tapiokasirup0 to taste
vegan white chocolate1 point of a knife
Locust bean gumStep 1/3
Mix all ingredients except chocolate and hazelnuts with a whisk. Pour into ice cream molds and freeze for a few hours.
Step 2/3
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 3/3
Remove ice cream from mold, coat with chocolate and roll in hazelnuts. Freeze again.
